Your host, Markus Koch, is one of the best chefs in the Grisons. We are not the only ones to say so, the numerous medals he has won at various recognized local and international competitions speak for themselves. In 2013, for example, Markus Koch reached 3rd place at the Best of Swiss Gastro. Seven years later, he even outshone all competitors and won 1st place in the
Classic category. Some of the awards can be admired directly in our restaurant.
